Saleem is the founder of LifeCraft – a platform for meaningful change. He has put together a team committed to breaking down invisible barriers, ensuring coaching and training are accessible, especially for underserved communities.
Saleem is an ACLP-certified trainer, certified Life Coach, certified Hypnosis practitioner (NLP Coaching Academy), certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner (ABNLP), certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practitioner, (iGCBT) and a certified guild member of the UK based International Guild for Personal And Professional Advancement (IGPPA).
His approach combines expertise with empathy. He has vast experience developing training programmes, managing cross-functional teams as well as mentoring individuals from underserved communities such as persons with in-prison experience, youths at risk, single mothers, and persons with physical challenges in a social enterprise space, through which he has acquired an acute understanding of the needs of individuals in our communities who urgently need help to holistically reintegrate back into society.
Through LifeCraft, he has distilled personal experiences into a revolutionary training and coaching programme to illuminate the path for those facing similar challenges.
As a man of faith, a pathbreaker and co-founder of LifeCraft, Jerome Darien Emmanuel brings a unique blend of purpose and expertise to LifeCraft. Driven by his calling to uplift those in need, Jerome pioneered a prison fellowship in his Church, providing support and guidance to those navigating difficult transitions. With extensive experience in the corporate and banking sectors, he channels his knowledge into LifeCraft, helping us unlock business opportunities and build a foundation for sustainable impact. Jerome’s leadership ensures that Lifecraft isn’t just a business but a lasting force for good, empowering lives and fostering resilience.
Investor, trader, and coach with over a decade of experience in equities, options, and cryptocurrencies, he began his investment journey at the age of 18 and successfully grew his portfolio to seven figures by the age of 26. As the CEO of Modern Wealth Academy, Reshveen has since guided over 4,000 investors worldwide. His insights have placed him alongside financial luminaries like Robert Kiyosaki and Mary Buffett, showcasing his success and expertise in the financial world.
Despite his financial successes, Reshveen has stayed rooted to his basic guiding principle of paying it forward. At the right moment, he came onboard LifeCraft’s mission, and his company Modern Wealth Academy acquired a stake in LifeCraft and he joined as both a Director and Chief Strategist.

Mr Balji is a well-known veteran journalist in Singapore with over 40 years of experience. He is also the author of the book Reluctant Editor: The Singapore Media as Seen Through the Eyes of a Veteran Newspaper Journalist.
Importantly, Mr Balji has been a sounding board for Mohd Saleem, the founder of LifeCraft, for more than 15 years. Crucially, Mr. Balji has been the northern star in Mohd Saleem’s journey, playing a pivotal role in shaping the destiny that has brought LifeCraft to its inspiring fruition today. He continues to guide the team with wisdom and the unique circumstances in which both met for the first time have been shared in the book Transition – The Story of PN Balji by Woon Tai Ho.
