Today’s youth grapple with myriad challenges that shape their paths ahead. The demands of academia, the pull of the digital realm, and the weight of societal and peer expectations can inadvertently steer them towards decisions that have a profound impact in their lives.

In the absence of positive guidance during these formative years, they may fall prey to negative influences. Our certified coaches and mentors recognise these complexities and are dedicated to providing the youth coaching and mentoring necessary to help them navigate this intricate terrain, make informed choices, and unlock their full potential as future leaders and contributors to society.

Understanding the Need for Upstream Intervention

Between 2012 and 2021, Singapore saw a total of 2,097 youths admitted to Youth homes, averaging 210 admissions every year.

Of these, 1,470 were boys, and 627 were girls. Additionally, there were 6,040 new probation cases, with 2,545 of these individuals falling into the age group of 16 to 18 years, representing 42% of the total cases.

Understand the Impact of Mindsets on Personal and Professional Success

Learners will explore how adopting a positive, growth-oriented mindset influences their achievements and opens doors to new opportunities in life and work.

Set and Achieve Personal Milestones in Career and Studies

Learners will develop skills to set realistic, incremental goals, empowering them to make progress in their studies, career, and personal growth.

Miki Island is a platform to experience gamified learning in a VUCA environment.

Learners will play as a team to survive and eventually win as crash survivors in Miki Island. As they navigate through the game, they will learn to overcome self-limiting beliefs, fixed mindsets, work in a team and learn effective communication skills.

This session is designed as a debrief for the learners who have gone through the gameplay. They will be introduced to Agile Learning and the 6-Step Winning Process to help them craft a winning vision and goal. Learners will be able to relate to their life’s aspirations and goal.

Empower Communication Skills

This module is designed to empower communication skills and boost confidence.

Effective Presentation

Learners will also acquire tools to articulate their thoughts effectively and offers an introductory element of public speaking techniques.

Understanding Financial Literacy

This game provides learners an immersive experience in the world of finance, investing, and wealth building. It provides youths a transformative experience and a hands-on approach to financial literacy

Coaching Workshop

Learners will develop confidence and skills to take control of their finances in the future through an interactive coaching workshop

Target Audience

Our target audience comprises young individuals from the ages of 12 to 25 identified through various channels, including schools, youth homes, reformative training centres, and referrals from organisations dedicated to youth development. Additionally, we welcome referrals from families who believe in our mission.
